Alpine Meadows, CA

Alpine Meadows is an unincorporated community located along Bear Creek, 5 miles west of Tahoe City.  Consisting mostly of residential real estate, there are 130 condominiums, a 30-unit apartment complex, and just under 500 single-family homes.

The community is governed by Homeowner’s Association rules set for the area. Properties are divided into neighborhoods (or condominiums developments):

• Alpine Place

• River Run

The residences serve as the foreground to the Alpine Meadows Ski Area, recently merged with Squaw Valley.  Alpine Meadows Ski Area has long been a locals’ favorite offering steep pitches, sun-kissed bowls, and plenty of terrain for beginners and experts alike.
