We needed to sell our vacation home immediately to purchase our dream vacation home that suddenly came up on the market, ASAP! Knowing that Northstar Resort in Truckee, CA is the hottest market around, we needed to move FAST. When we called Sam about the property we wanted to buy, we were totally NOT READY! We were not pre-approved by a lending institution, we needed to sell our property to buy the new one, and we had construction occuring in the home we wanted to sell (so we couldn’t have an Open House)! This was a dominoe deal, we needed Sam to represent us to but the new place, sell our old place and he represented our buyers! He had a lot of moving parts but he handled it masterfully.
Most realtors would of run the other direction but not Sam! He worked with us every step of the way! At one point, we thought the deal was over due to the loan falling through from the bank WE chose, (Sam had advised us otherwise). At every turn or hurdle, he found the way to make our transactions happen! Even getting our homes appraised in the short time frame seemed impossible but not to Sam and Trina!
